Dennis
Bell has over 30 years of diverse geologic, project management,
business management and client relations experience. He has
performed major program and/or project management with individual
projects valued in excess of $2 million and aggregate program values of
over $9 million annually.
His
experience includes national program management of
multi-discipline/multi-site projects including contamination
investigations and remedial design and implementation; UST closures;
design and construction of hazardous storage facilities and associated
instrumentation; hazardous waste injection well construction and
remediation; and hydrogeologic investigations for site selection and
assessment of nuclear power plants and hazardous waste disposal.
He has evaluated potential problems of existing facilities including
field supervision of drilling, sampling, coring, monitor well
installation and groundwater sample collection and analysis.
Mr.
Bell has extensive experience in the preparation of subsurface maps,
cross-sections and geological reports. He has provided project
management and field supervision of more than 300 deep borehole
programs including geophysical logging, preparation of geologic
prognoses, AFEs, cementing, casing and completion programs. His
computer abilities include mapping, spreadsheet, graphics, database
management, word processing, desk top publishing and accounting.
